Our soundsets are designed for Omnisphere 3 and you must have that version or later to play the presets. Install the soundset by following the four simple steps below. The procedure is the same on Mac and PC.
- Open Omnisphere 3
- Click the Utility button
- Choose Install .omnisphere
- Locate [SoundsetName].omnisphere and click import.
If you get an error during installation, such as “this package does not contain any files” when installing the soundset, then just move the .omnisphere file to a different directory and try again, then it will install properly. The Spectrasonics folder itself will do or the root of C: (on PC) will work too.
